Meet Oscar

Co-Founder & Business Development Manager. Oscar McField draws upon 20-plus years of experience in light construction and property inspections. During that time, Oscar also worked as a Loss Control consultant, a role focused on helping insurance underwriters assess and manage risks associated with various types of polices. With a career dedicated to serving clients in Southern California, including many in the most affluent communities, Oscar possesses an intimate knowledge of the region’s dynamic real estate landscape. In his current role, Oscar focuses on developing and executing business strategies to attract clients, expand the customer base, build and maintain client relationships, and oversee overall business development and growth initiatives. Oscar is also the company’s Lead Inspector.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Oscar finds joy in life in Southern California, where he indulges his passion for dogs, embodying the vibrant spirit of the region both personally and professionally.

Meet Juan

Co-Founder & Administrative Manager. For over a decade, Juan McField has provided reliable property inspection services to a diverse range of clients across Southern California. He ensures that real estate inspections not only meet but often exceed the standards set by the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI) and the CCPIA ComSOP, while his insurance inspections align with industry standards and regulations. As a proactive loss control representative, Juan identifies potential hazards and works to mitigate risks through detailed surveys. His practical recommendations help underwriters make well-informed decisions, reduce financial exposure, and create safer environments for everyone involved.

In his current role, Juan oversees daily inspection operations, including scheduling, quality assurance, and field inspections. He also manages the drone fleet’s maintenance, inventory, and regulatory compliance. Juan holds certifications from InterNACHI, CCPIA, and OSHA and is a licensed UAS pilot with the FAA.

On a personal note, Juan finds joy in living in sunny Southern California, where he pursues hobbies such as art and photography. Juan also spends several weeks each year fishing and diving in Belize, where his family owns and operates a fishing tour company.
